1-Soap-Free Skin Lotion:


With the increased chances of skin dryness and cracking, it is preferable to use a soap-free skin lotion, and it is advisable to choose a creamy base lotion to keep skin hydrated and protect it from the effect of cold weather.

2-Using the skin exfoliator with moisturizing oil extracts:


Skin Exfoliator is a two-edged weapon with over-use that can cause dry skin and premature wrinkles.

Experts are advised to choose a skin exfoliator with moisturizing oils in autumn and winter, or a home scrub by adding 3 tablespoons of coconut oil or olive oil to 1/2 cup of sugar, drops of lemon juice and use the mixture in a wet skin massage for 3 minutes, rinse with lukewarm water, W M cold water and repeats the catcher twice a week.

3-Moisturizing The skin on a daily basis:

4-Lip Balm:


Prepare for the effect of winter on your lips and keep using lip balm daily in autumn, it is advisable to peel lips twice a week using a toothbrush, or using a little sugar with Vaseline and rinsed with lukewarm water, followed by a lip balm.

It is also advisable to use Vaseline, or lip balm containing Vaseline, which retains moisture inside the skin to stay hydrated for a longer period.

7-Foot Care:


The cracks of the heels, and their roughness is the biggest problem in autumn and winter, which can be prepared and prevented by using a strong moisturizer and wearing cotton socks before bedtime, with peeling the heels using a strong peeled or using a quarantine twice a week.
